RETTEW Appoints Two Independent Board Members
RETTEW announced today the addition of two independent members to its Board of Directors. Effective December 10, 2019, David M. Kleppinger and Jacqueline F. Walker have joined RETTEW’s Board of Directors.
Brinkman Acquires Upscale Marriott Brand Hotel in Parker
Parker, CO, December 16, 2019: As part of their long-term investment strategy in Parker, Colo., real estate development and investment company, Brinkman, acquired a flagship hospitality asset last week. In partnership with Utah-based developer Colmena Group, the companies purchased the 66,641-square-foot SpringHill Suites by Marriott located off North Pine Lane and Silverado Drive. The upscale hotel features a breakfast dining area, 356 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, lobby workstation, market pantry and guest laundry area.
