Holli Riebel is focused on keeping the Chamber and its four affiliates running smoothly and making it one of the best places in the Denver metro area to work as its chief operating officer. She also is building a strong future workforce by spearheading the Chamber’s work on the Denver Opportunity Youth Initiative. She oversees the organization’s $13 million budget – something that over 22 years of economic development work prepared her to manage. Holli came to the Chamber on her first “tour” as vice president of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation. In that time she managed the coordination of over 60 metro Denver communities in the nine-county region and oversaw, the Colorado Space Coalition, the Colorado Energy Coalition and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Workforce Innovation and Regional Economic Development (WIRED) grant, a three-year, $15 million program that funded 26 organizations in creating public-private partnerships to create training programs for aerospace, bioscience, energy and IT industry sectors. Before her return to the Chamber, Holli served as president and CEO of the Colorado BioScience Association. You may see her exploring Denver’s many great restaurants and cultural events or making the most of the Colorado outdoors.
