It was during his time off from his family farm that Nick Colglazier developed a passion for public policy. As director of the Colorado Competitive Council (C3), Nick works to make Colorado one of the best places in the country to do business.
Prior to joining C3, Nick was the director of public policy and state affairs for Colorado Farm Bureau, where he oversaw its lobbying efforts and covered the rules and regulations that impact agriculture at the state level. Nick also sits on the board of directors for the Colorado Foundation for Water Education, where he helps direct the organization responsible for providing balanced and unbiased information about Colorado water to the state’s citizens.
Nick is a fourth-generation Coloradan, he was raised working alongside his family on the farm where they raised corn, wheat and dry edible beans. Out of the office, you can usually find Nick on the ice playing hockey or on his bike touring the countryside. He and his wife Tiffany recently welcomed their daughter Olivia to the family.
