Special Requirements: Authorization to work in the United States, 18 and over, high school diploma or GED, be under or unemployed, work only sometimes throughout the year, work part time.

Google IT Support Professional Certificate
This 5-course certificate, developed by Google, includes innovative curriculum designed to prepare you for an entry-level role in IT support. A job in IT can mean in-person or remote help desk work in a small business or at a global company like Google.
Cost: Free to $49 per month
Special Requirements: Interest in working in IT field.
Time: 6 months

Google IT Automation with Python Certificate

Turing School
Turing offers two fully immersive programs, Front-End Engineering and Back-End Engineering, that provide you with the necessary skills to launch a career in software development.
Cost: $20,000 with scholarships and financial aid available
Special Requirements: Looking for candidates with empathy, grit, a strong growth mindset, an aptitude for logical problem solving and a passion for programming. You don’t need any prior experience, but most successful candidates have tried coding to see if it’s something they enjoy.

Skilled Trades Training Resources

VIRTUAL Construction Careers Now
This program provides OSHA 10 Safety training certification, and an exposure to the following Skilled trades: Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Pipefitting and Plumbing, Concrete, and Heavy Equipment Operating. The CCN Program will conclude with a Virtual Hiring Fair.

Special Requirements: 17+ years old, Colorado resident, must have sound and internet access via computer, tablet, or phone to participate.

CrossPurpose
CrossPurpose is a career and community development program designed to empower you to start a new career, unlock your potential and meet your goals.
Cost: Free. Get paid up to $200/month while you’re in training.
Special Requirements: Age 18 to 55, high school diploma or GED, have stable housing, minimum of six months sobriety from hard drugs (cocaine, heroin, meth, etc.), and a desire to work full–time.
Time: Six- to nine-month programs
Credentials Available: Certificates in the medical and trades fields. Also, professional coaching, personal development and community support to achieve a long-term career.

Mi Casa offers a technical training program that prepares job-seekers for frontline roles in the financial service industry. Throughout the training participants get in-depth practice in high demand skills that financial service companies are looking for, they receive individualized coaching on resumes, cover letters and interviewing.

Special Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S., 18 years old by the end of the training, Score 8th Grade or higher on the TABE test, High School Diploma or Equivalent
Time: 16 days, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am – 12 pm ARE REQUIRED MEETING TIMES +8 hours of self-paced learning
Credentials Available: Participants are eligible to receive up to 9 college credits through our Stackable Credential program with CCA and MSU Denver.

Colorado Food Handlers Training
The purpose of the food handlers card training program is to prepare food handlers to enter the workforce by providing the required food safety information as specified by regulations of the workers’ state or local government.
