Every year, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce celebrates businesses shaping the future of Denver's economy. Consolidated Services Group

Consolidated Services Group (CSG) originated in 2014 with a mission to provide commercial cleaning and maintenance services for urban environments, transit hubs and special districts. As a social enterprise, CSG advocates for Fair Chance hiring, extending opportunities to individuals facing disadvantages such as homelessness, day, or transitional housing, and/or transitioning from recent incarceration. CSG operates not just as a business but as a community builder for fair chance opportunities. Their social mission empowers employees to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community. Through the power of this mission, they contribute to creating a thriving Denver Metro community and providing meaningful employment.

Innovest Portfolio Solutions, LLC

Founded 28 years ago by Co-founders Richard Todd and Wendy Dominguez, this independent and employee-owned investment consulting firm began with just five employees. Now, Innovest Portfolio Solutions has a team of 60 managing $45 billion in assets. Richard and Wendy aimed to establish one of the region's first fee-only investment consulting firms, a model they have maintained over the years to better serve their clients. Amidst a trend of acquisitions by private equity, Innovest remains an independent, employee-owned firm committed to client trust. Founded on the mission of thoughtful stewardship, clients have remained at the center of what they do.
