B Well, founded by registered dietitian Kelsey Bailey, is a nutrition and wellness company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based solutions. With a passion for clearing the noise of extreme nutrition trends, B Well takes a holistic approach to wellness.
Kelsey’s unique background as a Performance Dietitian for Special Operations helps her specializes in nutrition for military, first responders, and women’s health—a niche space where she not only serves clients but also educates others to grow the industry. As a woman-owned business, B Well is deeply committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Fireside at Five
Fireside at Five is a community-driven marketing, branding, and events agency founded by husband-and-wife team Connor and Gertie during the onset of COVID-19, when the world craved connection. What began as intimate Fireside Chats hosted outside their garage has grown into a thriving collective that empowers placemaking-centric brands to honor their story, embrace their present, and shape the future of their community.
With three core verticals—marketing, events, and branding—Fireside at Five takes an intentional, values-led approach to amplify storytelling and create experiences that foster authentic connections. They specialize in crafting engaging narratives, hosting impactful events like art markets and cultural festivals, and building intentional brands from the inside out.
As a woman-owned business, Fireside at Five is deeply committed to uplifting other women and BIPOC entrepreneurs, providing them with a platform to thrive. Gertie, a passionate advocate for Denver’s growth, brings a vision rooted in historic restoration and community impact, ensuring the agency grows alongside the city it loves.

SOCO Skateland
SOCO Skateland is a woman-owned, roller-skating rink that has been a cornerstone of community and joy in Trinidad since 1942. Originally established during World War II as a gathering place to lift spirits, the rink faced closure in 2012 until Jamie Johnson stepped in. Rallying community support and donors, Jamie took over in 2013, determined to preserve its rich history and provide a safe, inclusive space for all.
Today, SOCO Skateland is more than just a rink—it’s a cultural landmark that celebrates diversity, fitness, and fun. Jamie’s personal experiences with addiction and homelessness inspired her to create a space where youth and families can find belonging and second chances.
Through the SOCO Clubhouse, a youth nonprofit, Jamie ensures that all children can participate in activities, regardless of financial barriers. Programs like Pugz Not Drugz, Life Skills, UpRISE, Brick City Cheer, Brick City Badgers Youth Hockey, Skatebox Derby, Tutoring, Mentoring and Volunteering/Work Skills to name a few- while those who can’t afford fees can work as skate guards to earn their way.
As a thriving woman-owned business, SOCO Skateland is a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and community. Jamie’s vision has transformed the rink into a beacon of hope, inclusivity, and lasting impact for Trinidad.
