Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Announces Six Winners of 2021 Business Awards, Presented by BOK Financial

18 Finalists Were Recognized at Yesterday’s Virtual Celebration

DENVER – Yesterday, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of the 2021 Business Awards, presented by BOK Financial. Winners in all six categories were announced during a virtual event hosted by emcee Reggie Rivers, former Denver Broncos running back and current president and benefit auctioneer of The Gala Team.

In a year that has challenged businesses – both large and small – across sectors and industries, this annual event recognized outstanding local businesses and highlighted their stories of innovation, challenge and triumph.

“Congratulations to all of this year’s winners,” said Kelly Brough, president and CEO of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. “The finalists we recognized yesterday were amazing a year ago, and then they all tapped into their Colorado spirit of innovation, collaboration and resiliency to succeed in an environment that looks very different today.”

Awards were presented in the categories of minority or woman-owned business, small business, start-up business, small nonprofit, large nonprofit and disruptor. This year’s finalists were originally announced in 2020; however, last year’s annual award ceremony was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“On behalf of all our employees at BOK Financial, we are honored to have been able to help the Colorado business community and local economy,” said Dave Marusiak, regional manager, commercial banking for BOK Financial. “Though we’ve been the Business Awards Presenting Sponsor for over 14 years, this year’s event holds a special place in our hearts after everything we’ve been through together.”

In addition to the award sponsors listed below, ColoradoBiz was the event’s media sponsor. Southwest Airlines and OnDeck were the event’s community sponsors. Plante Moran was the event’s accounting sponsor. Below is the full list of finalists and winners of the 2021 Business Awards, presented by BOK Financial.
