Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation alumni know the importance of stepping up, not because it’s easy. In fact, it’s hard. But because it’s the right thing to do.

2020 challenged our community leaders to step up in ways they never imagined. That’s why we’re so excited to get know the 2021 9NEWS Leader of the Year finalists. Their leadership journeys started before 2020 but are that much more important today, knowing how much we need their inspiration to recover from these challenging times and prepare for the good things to come.

Meet the 2021 9NEWS Leader of the Year finalists:

Adeeb Khan
Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Executive Director of the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation

Jesse Ogas
CEO and Executive director for Firefly Autism

Lorii Rabinowitz
CEO of the Denver Scholarship Foundation

Each finalists receives a $1,000 donation to the nonprofit of their choice and the opportunity to participate in one of our programs.

Don’t miss an opportunity to really get to know our nominees at our virtual Meet the Finalists event on Jan. 27. After that event, we will open up voting to Leadership Foundation alumni and Denver Metro Chamber and B:CIVIC members. Also mark your calendars for the live announcement of the 9NEWS Leader of the Year at Leading Colorado presented by BBVA on March 10.
