About the Action Center: The Action Center is a human-service non-profit organization that offers the single-most comprehensive range of services to struggling residents of Jefferson County and the homeless. We meet the immediate needs for our clients, treating them with respect and dignity. Then, we provide clients with the resources needed to develop pathways to self-sufficiency, breaking the cycle of poverty.
