Representative Jarvis Caldwell, an Air Force veteran who served for 10 years, is deeply connected to the large veteran community in HD 20, which encompasses the Air Force Academy. Rep. Caldwell is a member of the Education Committee, Judiciary Committee and the Legislative Audit Committee. He has previously served as a Bonus Member on the Executive Committee for the El Paso County Republican Party, Director of the Board of Directors, for a SD20 charter school, and was a legislative aide for the former House Assistant Minority Leader, Tim Geitner. He then became the Communications Director for the Republican Caucus in the House of Representatives prior to being elected to the House in 2024.

Representative Amy Paschal represents House District 18, which includes Southwest Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Cascade, and Green Mountain Falls. She serves on the Transportation, Housing & Local Government, the Energy & Environment, and the Joint Technology committees. She is a mom and a software engineer. Her priorities at the Colorado Capitol are affordable housing and education, sustainable infrastructure, wildfire safety and environment stewardship. Her experience as an election judge has made her passionate about protecting democracy through fair, secure and accessible elections.
