DENVER – B:CIVIC, an affiliate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation announces the appointment of its advisory board officers and eight new members to its advisory board of directors.

The advisory board of directors approved the following officers:

  • Chair: Sarah Hogan, Co-Founder & Chief Purpose Officer, Barefoot PR
  • Vice Chair: Andrea Miller, Director of ESG, Delta Dental of Colorado
  • Immediate Past Chair: Tom Brinegar, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, PEAK Resources
  • Finance Chair: Erica McIntire, Colorado Market Executive, Local Market Organization, Bank of America

The following community leaders will join 17 other directors committed to elevating business for good. B:CIVIC’s advisory board of directors brings expertise and strategic direction to B:CIVIC as it continues to build corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, governance (ESG) throughout Colorado.

  • Alicia Chin, Director, Sustainability & Social Impact, Emerging Brands, VF Corporation
  • Sean Choi, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, FirstBank
  • Anna Costello, Founder & CEO, Ship Sunshine
  • Jackie Devine, Director of Community Outreach, Alpine Bank
  • Rachel Mountin, ESG Director, DaVita
  • Jesse Ogas, Executive Director of Social Responsibility & Community Engagement, 9NEWS
  • Jake Swanton, Government Affairs and Social Impact Consultant
  • Chris Vandall, Associate Principal & Social Responsibility Chair, OZ Architecture

“Our oncoming officers and members bring diversity of experience, industry and company size to B:CIVIC’s advisory board of directors,” said Jess Welser, director of B:CIVIC and CSR. “We are looking forward to their contributions as we continue to expand B:CIVIC’s impact.”

The following members will end their terms:

  • Shanda Vegas, Principal, Fourth Wave Strategies

“We are grateful to our outgoing advisory board members for their service and commitment to B:CIVIC. Several of these members were with B:CIVIC as we joined the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and have brought great stability and made B:CIVIC what it is today,” said Welser.
