As an investor, you’ll join a community of 130+ organizations dedicated to being leaders in social responsibility. B:CIVIC offers 20+ trainings and events annually. These range from networking and peer roundtables to educational events on relevant and timely CSR/ESG topics and an annual conference, the B:CIVIC Summit, bringing leading voices in the social responsibility space to Colorado.
B:CIVIC is open to any organization that believes businesses that do good do well, whether you’re just launching a strategy or have a team dedicated to this work. We also welcome nonprofit organizations that partner in delivering community impact.

To ensure the best possible experience for all investors, we have established terms and agreements that apply to all investor organizations and individuals in your organization. B:CIVIC reserves the right to determine eligibility of investment.
Becoming a B:CIVIC investor is open to all organizations and eligibility of investment means good faith intent to engage with B:CIVIC’s values and a willingness to advance the mission of B:CIVIC. For individuals engaging on behalf of an investor organization, we expect professionals to abide by the highest standard of conduct and as stewards of their organization.
B:CIVIC reserves the right to determine exclusivity and sponsorships. All advertising, content and giveaways are subject to approval by B:CIVIC.
The investment is for 365 days unless stated otherwise. The renewal date begins on the original expiration date, allowing investors to pre-pay if desired. No refunds will be granted. If an investor cancels, investors and their employees will still have access to our services until the expiration date.
B:CIVIC reserves the sole right to terminate investment or individual’s involvement for lack of adherence to terms and conditions at the discretion of the Advisory Board of Directors.
Non-Solicitation Policy
B:CIVIC has a non-solicitation policy. We strive to create an environment of best practices exchange and genuine community-building, free of unnecessary disruptions. Therefore, all investors are prohibited from solicitation that seeks to promote products, services, or fundraising causes. Sharing or distributing investor lists and/or investor contact information, including with their own organization’s marketing or development functions, is prohibited.
All investors must not engage in interviews on behalf of B:CIVIC or discuss B:CIVIC-related business to the media unless asked to serve on behalf of the organization. Please refer all media-related questions or requests to B:CIVIC.
B:CIVIC reserves the right to terminate investment or individual’s involvement for lack of adherence to the non-solicitation policy at the sole discretion of the Advisory Board of Directors.
Any employee of an investor company is welcome to participate in B:CIVIC.

B:CIVIC’s programming is made for social responsibility professionals, grant makers and foundation employees, marketing and communication professionals, employee engagement, DE&I and HR professionals, nonprofit partners, small business owners and community leaders.
