Colorado companies are utilizing their resources to advance racial equity. From conversation spaces for team members to donating funds and even offering free products and series to organizations advancing this work.

AT&T released its Everyone is Part of the Story, annual diversity and inclusion (D&I) report showcasing its culture of inclusion and stories of employees living out companies values.

Fidelity Investments has created a D&I resource center that includes community engagement ideas, employee resource group (ERG) information, ways to become more inclusive in our work and lives and more. Fidelity Investments is also changing their recruiting, supporting development of underrepresented leaders, committing to diversifying suppliers and vendors even more and matching donations 2-to-1 by associates to organizations supporting racial equity.
PNC Financial Services is committing more than $1 billion to community development financing and charitable support to help end systemic racism across the country.

S&P Global is taking the following actions, tripling the number of full-time D&I professionals, doubling financial investments in D&I initiatives and ERGs, expanding inclusion training and contributing $1 million to organizations that support equity and racial justice.

U.S. Bank will increase new lending to Black-owned businesses, establish a $15 million fund dedicated to address systemic economic and racial inequalities, provide eight additional paid volunteer time off hours for employees to support recovery efforts and commit to refined talent management strategy to develop and promote people of color.
