Position Overview
Team Members at Rush Bowls make up a bulk of the staff, and handle the day to day procedures, ensuring that our customers receive high quality orders in a timely fashion. While there are few qualifications required, we are looking for a positive attitude, a customer focused mindset, and willingness to work hard.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure attendance for entirety of shift
- Take orders from customers
- Wash dishes and return them to front of house
- Assemble bowls and other orders for customers
- Handle incidental cleaning during shifts
- Assist with opening and/or closing the store
- Assist with larger tasks such as catering orders, deeper cleaning, and creating Rush Bites
- Ensure front of house remains stocked

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to temperature changes.
