We provide labor and material to owners for a GUARANTEED "NOT TO EXCEED" PRICE. This price can be agreed on by negotiation or by the old fashioned bid process. We will show you our estimated cost in detail. We then verify actual costs with you as the work progresses. If we pay less, you pay less. You won't pay more than the estimate total.
