Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) is a statewide nonprofit organization ensuring that all Coloradans, regardless of income, geography, or housing type, can afford the energy they need to safely power and heat their homes. We have grown from providing bill payment assistance into a statewide leader in whole home energy solutions. Today, EOC delivers energy efficiency upgrades, weatherization, health and safety improvements, crisis bill assistance, and community solar access programs for income-qualified households. Because we partner deeply with utilities, municipalities, affordable housing providers, and community agencies, and because we are recognized in statute, we serve as a trusted bridge between policy goals and on-the-ground implementation.
