Laramie Energy, LLC is a Denver based company focused on developing unconventional oil and gas reserves within the U.S. Rockies. Laramie Energy was formed in June 2007 by executives and former employees of "Laramie 1", its predecessor company, which successfully divested its assets in May 2007.
Laramie Energy's current operations are concentrated in the Piceance Basin in Western Colorado.
