Chad has over 20 years of industry experience, including personally transacting over $1 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions and $400 million of vertical development. Geoff has over 18 years of investment sales experience and has been involved in the sale of over $3 billion of commercial real estate investments in Colorado.
