Project Angel Heart improves health and well-being for people with life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and promoting the power of food as medicine. In 2021, the agency is projected to provide more than 550,000 meals, at no cost, to 3,500 Coloradans facing cancer, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS, and other illnesses.
