Quarterly Policy Briefings — open to all members

Quarterly Policy Briefings (formerly Policy Advisory Meetings) provide expert insights and speakers on topical business policy issues throughout the year. Access to these programs was opened up to all Denver Meto Chamber members, so all our members can gain access to these important business policy updates. These Quarterly Policy Briefings are held at the Chamber from 3 – 5 p.m. on a quarterly basis.

Policy Councils — open to Advisory-level members and above

At the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, we ARE our members. From small businesses to large corporations, the Chamber is your advocate at the Capitol and beyond. And to ensure more members have an opportunity to engage and influence policy discussion for Colorado’s largest and most powerful chamber, we have created four new Policy Councils. These councils further our vision of Economic Empowerment for Every Coloradan, making sure your voice is heard. Policy Councils meet once every other month via Zoom.

Each council focuses on a critical area for Colorado’s growth and development.

  1. Business & Innovation
    • Topics: Economic development, technology, housing, taxes, education, and finance.
    • Goal: Support policies that drive business growth and innovation.
  2. Lifestyle & Wellness
    • Topics: Healthcare, biosciences, outdoor recreation, arts and culture, tourism, and food & beverage.
    • Goal: Explore policies that enhance the well-being of Coloradans.
  3. Colorado Resources
    • Topics: Agriculture, energy, land use, water, utilities, transportation, and infrastructure.
    • Goal: Tackle resource management and statewide infrastructure challenges.
  4. Local Affairs
    • Topics: Local Denver policy, including mayoral priorities, city council initiatives, local ballot measures, and small business concerns.
    • Goal: Address the needs of our local community.
