Purpose

Impact Denver is designed for mid-career professionals who are on the rise. People who have already shown strong leadership in their jobs and ready to grow to the next level. Ideal for professionals just beginning to get involved in the community, who can commit to a six-month engagement.

Participant Profile

Impact Denver participants are emerging leaders on the move. Professionals who have already proven their value within their organizations and are ready to expand their influence beyond them. They’re typically mid-career individuals who have demonstrated initiative, collaboration, and integrity in their workplaces and are now looking to sharpen their leadership skills, deepen their civic awareness, and make meaningful contributions to the Metro Denver community.
