About the Event

The Leadership Fellows Program is a transformative experience centered on deep self-exploration and intentional leadership growth. Participants are invited to look inward—examining their values, strengths, blind spots, and aspirations—to become leaders who build trust, foster meaningful connection, and create lasting impact. Through structured reflection, one-on-one engagement with an external executive coach, small peer cohorts, and deliberate practice, Fellows move beyond titles and roles to explore who they are as leaders, why they lead, and how they want to influence others.

The Leadership Fellows Program is designed for experienced leaders, decision-makers, and community influencers from all sectors who are ready to engage in the inner work that meaningful leadership demands. These individuals bring curiosity, humility, and a willingness to reflect honestly on their leadership journey. They are motivated not only by professional success, but by a deeper desire to lead with authenticity, courage, and intention.

The program creates space for reflection, vulnerability, and thoughtful dialogue, enabling Fellows to clarify their personal vision for leadership and impact—within their organizations and across the broader community. Participants are challenged to move beyond titles and accomplishments to examine who they are as leaders, how they influence others, and the legacy they wish to leave. Leadership Fellows emphasizes leadership that transcends achievement, focusing instead on lasting significance through transformed people, relationships, and culture.
