About the Event

Today’s teams are more diverse than ever. Not only in background and perspective, but across generations. Differences in communication styles, expectations, and approaches to work can create friction, misalignment, and breakdowns in trust if not effectively understood and managed.

In this session, participants will learn how to navigate differences more effectively, including generational dynamics, by strengthening communication, increasing awareness of assumptions, and building alignment across teams. Leaders will gain practical strategies to reduce conflict, foster collaboration, and create environments where diverse perspectives contribute to stronger team performance.
