The Local Affairs Council focuses on municipal and regional government policy impacting employers, workforce access, community growth, and economic competitiveness across the Denver metro area. This council serves as a forum for members to:
- Stay informed on policy developments at the city and regional level
- Engage directly with local government leaders and subject matter experts
- Share business perspectives on issues such as transportation, land use, local regulation, and economic development
The council meets in person on a monthly basis, creating a consistent opportunity for members to shape local policy discussions and contribute to the Chamber’s position on local government matters.
