In life we’re never done learning. And, at the Leadership Foundation we’re challenging leaders in our community to sharpen their skills – that’s why we offer programs year-round to help you keep asking, what’s next?

From just a few days to digging deep over several months with a group of your peers, our goal is to help you take the next step in your leadership journey. How will you engage this year?

Find your people in Impact Denver, Leadership Denver or Colorado’s Civic DNA Fellows. These multi-month programs sharpen your leadership skills by diving deep into issues facing our community, exploring the values of Colorado’s Civic DNA and strengthening your network by connecting with fellow leaders.

Learn from the community on Access Denver and Leadership Exchange. These multi-day immersive programs allow you to explore your community and U.S. or international cities. For the first time we’re offering two Access Denver programs in 2020 – explore Denver with us Feb. 27-28 and Aug. 6-7.

Connect with alumni at Leading Colorado on March 12 and pay it forward to the next generation of leaders. All ticket sale proceeds support our scholarship fund. And, our Alumni Advisory Council has more ways for you to connect throughout the year with the Escape Your Echo Chamber series. On Oct. 3, we’ll discuss the growth of our city with fellow alums.

And we have something for businesses too. Through B:CIVIC we strive to elevate business for good. At the upcoming B:CIVIC Summit on Sept. 19 your business can learn how to increase their community impact and will meet 50 inspiring Colorado companies with the announcement of the inaugural Civic 50.

As Henry Ford said, “Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” We want you to stay young and always be a continuous learner 😊. There is always another step in your leadership journey. Check out our upcoming programs to find out how you can challenge yourself, or help someone else do just that, this year!

Dan Lewis is the executive director for the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
