Academy Bank Opens New Retail Banking Center in Denver Tech Center

Academy Bank, a full-service community bank and wholly owned subsidiary of Dickinson Financial Corp., today announces the opening of its newest retail banking center in Denver, Colorado. The new branch — located in the Denver Tech Center at 8480 East Orchard Road – — expands Academy Bank’s footprint in Denver providing clients with a total of 21 locations in the metro area.

“Academy Bank’s new retail branch in the Denver Tech Center expands our new concept in community banking and is key to our growing presence both in Denver and throughout Colorado,” said Bret Duston, Director of Commercial Banking for Academy Bank.

The Denver Tech Center retail banking center comprises 6,322 square feet of office space for retail, commercial banking, mortgage and treasury management and offers a full range of personal, business and commercial banking services. In addition, it offers three community conference rooms and comfortable workspaces with free WiFi that can be reserved at no charge by area businesses and organizations.

Together with Smart ATM and mobile services for personal and business customers, Academy Bank’s Denver retail banking center will offer Interactive Teller Machine video banking inside the bank by the end of the year. This innovative and convenient Interactive Teller Machine video banking technology offers personal face-to-face service. With the touch of a screen, customers can speak with a Video Banker to help with most banking services.

“Our customers live an on-the-go lifestyle. That’s why Academy Bank is not your ordinary banking experience,” said Duston. “We’re proud to bring the latest innovations in community banking to Denver with high-tech services to make banking convenient and flexible, yet personal.”

With this latest branch opening, Academy Bank has $1.9 billion in assets and a total of 34 branch locations in Colorado.
