Specializing in construction management and real estate development, we have become one of Denver's most respected woman-owned, small business enterprises. Our core values were forged in Denver's Five Points urban community where our company was founded. In addition to renovating blighted properties and restoring historic buildings, we have redeveloped vacant land for residential and commercial use. As a result of our commitment to and experience in Five Points, Civil Technology was selected to manage the redevelopment of the historic Rossonian Hotel, a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. We have participated in the program and construction management of some of Denver's most prestigious projects, including Denver International Airport, Stapleton Redevelopment Project, Webb Municipal Office Building, Denver Art Museum, Hyatt Convention Center Hotel, Denver Union Station, Downtown Denver's 14th Street Streetscape, Regional Transportation District's FasTracks Project, and the Central Park Boulevard/I-70 Interchange.
