PEBC is an education nonprofit that provides professional development services for practicing K-12 educators locally and nationally, and operates the Colorado Boettcher Teacher Residency for training well-qualified new teachers for high-needs schools. It works directly with educators to create a deep understanding around the theoretical underpinnings of teaching and learning, and supports them to implement these instructional practices in the classroom. These programs cultivate highly effective K-12 educators focused on elevating student growth and achievement.
PEBC is governed by a unique board comprised of school superintendents, business executives and community leaders.
