Colorado Companies Uniting Against Racism Pledge Results

Since the pledge's launch in July 2020, 130+ companies and community organizations have committed to the Colorado Companies Uniting Against Racism pledge.

In Jan. 2021, we launched the first survey, designed by fellow pledge-signer Slalom, with support from IMA Financial. To continue tracking and sharing progress, we reached out to all pledge-signers with a second survey in Nov. 2021. Through this follow-up survey, we gathered insight into collective actions and identified gaps and resources that are needed to support fellow pledge-signers.

To date, almost half of the first survey respondents completed the second survey. To support all organizations and their teams in advancing their own work, we are sharing the cumulative survey results as a learning tool.

Through the survey, it is clear that Colorado organizations are dedicated to listening, learning and leading more effectively, and they have a plan for action as a result of signing this pledge.

The organizations that responded are focusing on strategic planning, education and engagement, diversity of workforce and executive team, developing new partnerships and direct community engagement. Inside the results, you'll find examples of areas organizations are focused on and where they need help.

We understand each organization is at a different stage in their journey. To support ongoing learning, pledge-signers will be provided with opportunities to connect and resources with Prosper CO.
