Part One: Building a Strong Foundation | February 15 | 11 AM – 12 PM
Does your networking work for you? Building new relationships takes time, focus, practice—and yes, skill. If you’d like to boost your networking results and up your fun, join us for the first session of a four-part series. We’ll show you comfortable and authentic techniques that will help you nurture strategic referral partners and generate new business.

You will learn how to:

  • Align your networking efforts to better target your Ideal Client Profile.
  • Research and plan for the optimal networking experience.
  • Refine your elevator pitch and make it less about “features and benefits” and all about engaging your target market.
  • Set specific and measurable goals for each networking event.

Part Two: Fostering Success | May 16 | 11 AM – 12 PM
Do you ever find networking frustrating or a drain of energy? In the second of our four-part Networking Training Series, we will focus on fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Fostering success begins with a “give first” mentality and getting comfortable with how to ask for introductions.

You will learn how to:

  • Engage with new connections to build trust and understanding of each other’s business.
  • Identify and bond with strategic referral partners for lasting success.
  • Make no-pressure asks for warm introductions.
  • Establish goals and follow-up techniques that generate mutually beneficial warm leads.

Part Three: Focus & Consistency | August 15 | 11 AM – 12 PM
Do you find it difficult to keep up with your networking activities? In the third of our four-part Networking Training Series, we will highlight the benefits of focusing on your core strategic referral partners and efficient ways to build your visibility in the community.

You will learn how to:

  • Establish and deepen relationships with an inner circle of referral partners.
  • Plan and schedule an efficient networking strategy, including volunteer activities.
  • Employ social media tools that fit your target market and keep you top of mind with referral partners.
  • Keep a regular flow of giving and receiving quality introductions going strong.

Part Four: Forward Momentum | November 14 | 11 AM – 12 PM
Is it a challenge to find time for networking when business is good? In the fourth of our Networking Training Series, we will focus on reviewing and refining our networking activities so far during the year. What is working? What isn’t working? If 20% of your networking activities generated 80% of your introductions, it’s time to adjust your strategy.

You will learn how to:

  • Sharpen your focus and eliminate activities that don’t generate meaningful connections and leads.
  • How to keep your networking activities consistent, even when you are swamped with new business.
  • How to achieve “Master Connector” status with your closest connections.
