Denver Pride: Celebrating LGBTQ+ Businesses All Year Long

June 28, 2020, marked 51 years since the Stonewall Riots in New York. That event inspired a revolution and ignited cultural change that is still playing out today.

We don’t have to stop celebrating the LGBTQ+ community now that June is over. We can honor the importance of LGBTQ+-owned businesses all year long. Get to know two Chamber members, Benny’s Restaurant and Panzano.

 Benny’s Restaurant

For 30 years and counting, family-owned and -operated Benny’s has been a staple in Denver’s Capitol Hill. When you walk through their door, you can expect a warm welcome and delicious Mexican food. Authentic dishes? The recipes are all theirs. Magnificent margaritas? More than 15 flavors. And don’t forget their amazing happy hour — a perfect excuse to gather around to eat and drink with your favorite folks.

Panzano

Offering the best in contemporary Northern Italian cuisine with a focus on local, seasonal and organic ingredients, Panzano delivers unparalleled service and an award-winning wine list. It’s no wonder Panzano has been awarded four diamonds by AAA and named one of Zagat’s best restaurants in America. Panzano is a little bit of Italy in the heart of Downtown Denver.
