This week, a delegation of 160 business influencers, elected officials and executives from the Denver Metro area will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina. Organized by the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, the delegation will engage in a series of discussions, workshops and experiences with their North Carolina hosts to gain valuable insights into different models of economic development, civic leadership and community engagement.
As one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, Charlotte has become a national leader in innovative economic mobility and smart growth strategies that balance urban development with inclusivity. Learning from Charlotte’s success in attracting talent, fostering entrepreneurship and addressing urban challenges, the delegation will bring back actionable insights that can be adapted for the benefit of Colorado.
