Saddle up for our biggest event of the year, Boots ‘n Business presented by U.S. Bank. On Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, join us to celebrate this region and the importance of agricultural industry and education. This annual event is the perfect showcase of Colorado’s Western heritage and culture, business community and, of course, the premier livestock, rodeo and horse show in the nation – the National Western Stock Show!
The dust hasn’t settled just yet. After Boots ‘n Business in the morning, swing on by for the official After Party! We’ll keep the good times rolling with lively tunes, libations and great company. Proceeds from this exclusive event support the National Western Scholarship Trust to provide scholarships for students pursuing studies in agriculture, rural medicine, and veterinary science.
Applications are OPEN! Applications are due January 12, 2024 by 5:00 pm. The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce hosts its Business Awards annually to recognize local organizations in six categories: large nonprofit, small nonprofit, woman or BIPOC-owned, small business, start-up, and disruptor of the year. These awards recognize the organizations that are writing Denver’s next chapter in business. Award applicants are narrowed down to three finalists in each category. The 18 finalists are honored at our luncheon on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and winners will be announced live!
For over 20 years, the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation has analyzed Colorado's economic rankings to see how we compare to other leading states. The Toward a More Competitive Colorado event will provide an overview of the findings from our latest research and feature a panel of experts to discuss economic growth and development in Colorado. Attendees will gain insider knowledge and understanding of what makes Colorado competitive to states across the nation and learn how this data can be used to shape the future of our region.
In partnership with Junior Achievement, this black-tie event honors the legends of the business community in Colorado by inducting them into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame. Proceeds from the event support the work of Junior Achievement and the Chamber.
